1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Services (including the Website at rfp.aidme.ch and the Proposal Generator tool), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description
AidMe.ch provides an AI-based tool to support the generation of professional proposals in response to RFPs. The app leverages Streamlit for frontend delivery, Replit for hosting, and the OpenAI API for language model functionality.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the Service and to use it only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide or generate using the app. You are the solely responsible of keeping your account password safe and not to divulgate it. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Purchases and Payments
Our services require payment. By purchasing credits, you agree to our pricing and billing terms. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. The credits bought for writing offers do not have an expiration date, you may use them whenever you want as long as our website is avaialble. Once credits are bought there are no reimbursements of unused credtis.
5. Intellecutal Property
All original content on the website and in the app (excluding user-generated content) is the property of AidMe.ch (e.g. prompt engineering and solutions architecture). Generated proposals may be used freely by the user but the underlying technology remains the property of AidMe.ch.
6. Limitations of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful outputs, we cannot guarantee the quality, completeness, or legal acceptance of generated proposals. Use at your own risk. AidMe.ch shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for legal or technical reasons.
8. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
