When you visit our website rfp.aidme.ch (the "Website"), and more generally, use any of our services (the "Services", which include the Website and our Proposal Generator tool), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. 2. Information We Collect
We collect as few information as possible when you use our Services.
The information that we collect from you is described below:
- When you register: We collect your email address and hashed password.
- When you make a purchase: We collect information necessary to process your payment via Stripe, such as billing information, but we do not store your full credit card details. Stripe handles this.
- When you use the tool: We may log usage data to improve the service, and the content you upload (like RFPs and informatino about your company) is processed to provide the service but no retained by us or third parties.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-part services:
OpenAI API is used to process the data you upload based on our prompt engineering and return text.
Replit hosts the backend infrastructure
Streamlit powers the fronted
Stripe processes payments securely
These services may have their own privacy policies. We do not control how they handle data.
5. Data Storage, Retention, and AI training
Your inputs may be logged temporarily for performance or debugging but are not used to train AI models. We retain minimal data for the shortest time necessary and allow deletion upon request.
6. Data Protection
Your data is stored securely on Swiss or European servers in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable..
